A Little Health Test

pistol (one-legged squat) 5 x 1/1

Pretty weak effort today.  If you're not familiar with a pistol squat, here's some more information

Can you sit down on the floor and get back up without using your hands?

  1. I enjoy the 1-legged squats, but have never gone that far past parallel before. Looks like a new challenge for me. Some slow, focused reps shall be in order.
