Airdyne 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 max effort calories with 1 min rest between. Two rounds with 5 minutes rest between rounds. First round 10:29 (including rest), second round 11:17 (total time including rest).
I got this workout from GymJones and Derek at MAC Fitness in Reno. Derek says the goal is to get both rounds under 10 minutes. Again, more work to do.
George called me out on my 12 Days of Airdyne failure and suggested doubling down to catch up. Great idea. Too bad I would have to do it 3 times later today to catch up (I should have read his comment Friday). Seriously though, work issues just crushed the last two days such that exercise was last on my list of things to care about.
However, the concept of punishment for my failure is a worthy one. I was thinking I would start the challenge back up on January 1st. However, something more painful is in order. 24 days of Airdyne? I'll have to think about this.
