My hip got REALLY tight at about 6 miles. Whatever I'm trying is not working. Maybe doing stupid stuff like running 50 miles on low weekly mileage is catching up with me?
Regardless, I need another cardio option, so I bought an Airdyne. I've been thinking about it for a long time, and today's run put me over the edge.
I'll put it together in the next day or so. I'll share some more info on what many people call "Satan's Tricycle" later.
