I wonder how many races are actually paced correctly?  10%?  Less?  I try to think about how many races I have perfectly paced.  I'm not sure I've done it right once.  That's not the end of the world, because it's always nice to work to improve, but I wonder what potential times I have in me if I actually did it right?

Exercise is really good for you.
